Therefore, we are looking for motivated candidates to reinforce our team.As a Legal Secretary you will support and contribute to the swift operations of the company’s Legal Department. You will work at the head office of the company in Zwijndrecht, where you will join a highly qualified and motivated team of legal and insurance counsels, engaged in providing legal expertise to the company. This role requires good organization and communication skills in a fast-paced and high energy environment.Your responsibilitiesYou will provide overall business support to ensure smooth operation of the Legal Department’s activities (perform all administrative functions, incoming/outgoing e-mail, paper and electronic file management and other secretarial activities)You will assist the legal counsels in their day-to-day activities, providing administrative support (creation of documents, note-taking, correspondence, light research)You are responsible for the legal counsel’s agenda management (scheduling, coordinate on-site and off-site meetings, draft agendas, etc.)You will assist in the development, execution and management of the legal database and file share systemYou will assist in the formatting and preparation of contractual documents, internal and external memos and other related documentsYou are responsible for coordinating meetings, including booking meeting rooms, teleconferences, preparing of materialYou coordinate travel arrangements, including preparing all and required documentation in relation theretoYou handle day-to-day operations and specific tasks in a fast-paced environmentYour profileYou have obtained a Bachelor Office Management diploma or similar by (relevant administrative) experienceYou express yourself fluently, written and verbally, in Dutch and English. Knowledge of any other language is a plus.You thrive in a dynamic environment and are a multitasker pur sang.
