Evaluating, reviewing and preparing all relevant legal documents;– Taking part in the execution of transactions for our client companies such as restructurings, refinancing and mergers & acquisitions;– Assisting and attending of board meetings and shareholders meetings;– Keeping our client companies in legal good standing and in compliance with regulatory requirements;– Building and maintaining a strong relationship with clients;– Actively participate in our growth ambitions by marketing our service offering.YOUR PROFILE:– You hold a Masters degree in Dutch (corporate) law;– You have 1 to 3 years of experience in the legal field and affinity with corporate management services;– You possess team spirit, the capacity to build strong client relationships, and take initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate.OUR OFFER:Salary range for this position: € 40000 – 48000 – 12 month basis, and on top:

• Holliday allowance: 8% paid in May
• Year bonus (13th salary): seniority and performance based.
• Premium Pension: fully paid pension plan, no contribution needed.
• Gym Subscription: € 40 monthly or year membership of € 480.
• Travel Expenses: public transport costs fully covered by the company or cost per km compensation.
• Holidays days per annum: 30 and ,in addition, you will have a 1 day off for your Birthday and a day off for the Good Friday.
• Unique location nearby the Amsterdamse Bos.
