– Review contracts and agreements, provide legal advice and risk assessments, participate in contract negotiations;
– Monitor changes in laws and regulations, and update the company’s compliance policies and procedures in a timely manner;
– Assist in handling legal disputes and litigation cases;
– Develop legal and compliance related systems;
– Complete other tasks assigned by the company and senior management.Job Requirements– Full-time bachelor’s degree or above in law or related fields, with preference given to local European citizens；
– Work experience in the legal field within the automotive industry, familiar with European regulations, laws, and business environment, with practical legal experience；
– Possess good communication and coordination skills, capable of effective communication with business departments and legal institutions；
– Have strong analytical and logical thinking abilities, able to independently conduct legal risk assessments and compliance reviews；
– Capable of handling certain work pressure and accepting overtime;
– Proficient in the use of MS Office software, with preference given to those who hold a lawyer’s professional qualification;
– Proficient in Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; able to use English as a working language and communicate smoothly with European partners.
