Legal internship – Corporate department

Linklaters is looking for an outstanding Italian law student in his/her final years of university for a four-month internship in the Corporate department of the Milan office from February 2026.

Our corporate practice is supported by global teams of market-leading tax, real estate, employment and incentives, pensions, anti-trust/competition, regulatory and litigation experts as well as teams offering the full range of finance support including all aspects of banking, capital markets and restructuring transactions.

A very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is essential together with excellent interpersonal, organisational and planning skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

• research
• supporting due diligence processes and data room entry
• assisting in the preparation of memos and document review
