As a member of our legal department, you will work closely with the Legal Manager on various Global Supply Chain topics. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to critical projects, including analyzing the legal team operating model, defining new processes, reviewing documentation, engaging with external consultants, and assisting in the review and drafting of agreements.We bring joy & simplicity to everyday life – and we need you to help share that story.What You’ll Do:

  • Support Group Legal team members on specific projects that you would be assigned to.
  • Assist in defining and implementing new processes to optimize legal operations.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of legal documentation, identifying key insights and potential areas for improvement.
  • Review various agreements, contracts, and legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Support the Legal Manager in drafting emails, letters, and other communication materials as necessary.
  • Assist in organizing workshops and training sessions for relevant stakeholders to promote legal awareness and compliance within the organization.
  • Maintain organized records of legal documentation and contribute to the development of internal knowledge databases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed to support legal initiatives and projects.
  • Legal research on various Supply Chain topics.

What We’re Looking For In You:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited law program or recent law graduate (Master 1/Master 2).
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret complex legal documents.
  • Fluency in English – French is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research tools.
