Are you ready for a new challenge in our Legal team?:

As Legal Intern, you will join the Legal team in the offices located in Milan and will support the colleagues in day-by-day activities, reporting directly to the Legal Director.

What can you learn with us?:

  • Deal with corporate activities relating to the management of group companies, both Italian and foreign: Drafting notice of call and minutes of Board of Directors and Shareholders’ Meetings; Granting powers of attorney and proxies; Keeping company books, 231/01 compliance, etc..
  • Involved in the approval of the financial statements collaborating with the Finance and Tax offices;
  • Provide support to the rest of the Legal Team for Legal Affairs activities.

Do you have these qualifications and skills?:

  • Degree in Law (5 years);
  • Strong interest in Italian and foreign company law;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Proactivity, precision, confidentiality, predisposition to team working;
  • Previous experience in law firms / companies is a plus;
  • Excellent knowledge of English (oral and written).
