What you’ll do

The Content Engineering Solutions team is part of SAP’s Contracting & Digitalization team. The team’s purpose is to build the bridge between legal content and tools & technology. We strongly believe that tomorrow’s challenges can only be mastered if both worlds – Legal & Technology – work seamlessly together and strive to reach the next level of Contract Management to enable the success of SAP’s legal and contracting teams and other business units. Therefore, we provide the right tools, technology and processes in close collaboration with the Legal Content Owners to set us up for what’s to come. The team is responsible for:

-Provide tools to the Global Content Owners, Legal & Contracting teams
-Ensure the legal wording is enriched with necessary data points within the contract management system
-Support commercialization of new and existing business models, set legal standards
-Drive simplification, automation, and standardization of contract content
-Seek and incorporate feedback regarding contract content and tools
-Support digitalization and automation efforts through requirements analysis and drafting, user stories, data modelling, testing and reporting
 

You will support the team of experts, who work in a global environment, by maintaining legal content in our Legal Clause Repository, ensuring data quality & consistency, support the team with incident support requests, new tool developments, etc.
