The Role

First point of contact for all contract issues supporting internally Client Partner Executives and Delivery Partner Executives in interaction with responsible functions and stakeholders of customers. Furthermore, you’re involved in the commercial topics related to the contract management. Close cooperation with Delivery Partner Executives and Transition Managers to ensure legal compliance with contractual obligations and address contract breaches, especially during the transition period and after the go live. Ensuring contract management in the projects and accounts for which you are responsible, including drafting, updating and negotiating of new contracts, change requests and request for services. Implementing a clear strategy for management and enforcement of claims, managing internal preparations for negotiations and leading negotiations with customers and suppliers.

Who You Are

Fully qualified German lawyer with above-average examinations (preferably with a PhD). First professional experience, ideally in the field of commercial and corporate law (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply) and/or an insight to regulated industries. Interest and proven affinity in the IT field are an advantage. Very good communication skills with ability to adapt communication style to the target audience. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish trusted long-term relationships with customers including key decision makers. Fluency in German and English.
