Job description

The Legal Unit ensures the regulatory compliance in all institutional acts, especially in biomedical research projects and IP. The goals of this Unit are: Ensure the regulatory compliance in all institutional acts, especially in IP and biomedical research projects; give advice to the scientific community at VHIR of the continuous legal developments that affect biomedical research and, therefore, the transfer of results to society, and to the different services and units at VHIR.Education and qualifications:Required:

  • Advanced vocational training (CFGS).

Desired:

  • Legal secretary course or similar.
  • Fluency in Catalan, Spanish, English.

Experience and knowledge:Required:

  • Previous experience in administrative tasks with digital tools.

Main responsibilities and duties:

  • Database management;
  • Client assistance by phone or in-person (internal and external clients).
  • Electronic signature collection.
  • Administrative support to the Legal department.
  • Other tasks entrusted by the Legal Director.

Labour conditions:

  • Permanent contract
  • Full-time position: 40h/week.
  • Starting date: immediate.
  • Gross annual salary: Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale)
