Your expertise in seismic analysis and design to EC8 will be essential in shaping the next generation of engineers and advancing our research initiatives.The Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Civil and Structural Engineering will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and advancing research in seismic analysis and design of structures, specifically in accordance with Eurocodes. The successful candidate will contribute to both teaching and research excellence, foster industry partnerships, and mentor students at various academic levels. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of seismic analysis and design. They will be expected to join our dynamic structural analysis and design team to deliver student-cantered, high-quality teaching and research.The PersonThe ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of seismic analysis and design in accordance with Eurocodes. They will join our dynamic structural analysis and design team, which is part of a department comprising over 30 distinguished academic members of staff.
