You will be required to communicate effectively with trainer/assessors as appropriate and employers when required.Ideally, you’ll have level 3 industry qualifications (or be able to prove equivalent ability) and demonstrable experience in working with others. It’s important that you’re able to communicate effectively with others, build working relations with others and create appropriate rapports with cohorts of learners.
