If you’re ready to make a significant impact and be part of an innovative team, this opportunity is for you!Key objectivesAs a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting new tenants. You are responsible for negotiating and finalising all lease agreements. You will work closely with the Leasing and Investment Management teams, known for their close-knit, informal, and highly driven environment. The role requires creativity, a can-do attitude, courage, and a high level of positive energy.What you will be doing…

  • Negotiate new and existing leases from start to finish, creating a vibrant mixed-use destination.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current tenants to boost performance and revenue while reducing risks.
  • Connect with new retailers and brands.
  • Keep up with the latest retail trends and customer behaviours.
  • Handle assignments, pre-emptive options, refurbishments, and other tenant-related events.
  • Coordinate with external leasing agencies.
  • Review lease contracts and analyse tenants’ sales performance.

What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful?

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree (e.g., in business administration)
  • Experience in the retail, real estate. Preferred, but not a must.
  • Building relationships is second nature to you, and as a team player, you excel in interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Have sharp financial and/or analytical insight and like to take responsibility for your work.
  • Communication: You are strong in both written and spoken Dutch and English.
