This is your chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners.Responsibilities:As a Learning Support Worker, you will:Provide tailored support to students, helping them engage in lessons and activities.Assist teachers with implementing individual learning plans.Promote an inclusive environment where all students feel valued and supported.Work one-on-one or in small groups to address specific learning needs.Foster positive behaviour and encourage confidence and independence in students.Monitor and report on student progress to aid in their development.Requirements:To thrive as a Learning Support Worker, you will need:A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.Experience working with children or young people with additional learning needs (desirable).Excellent communication and teamwork skills.A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to working with students.A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.Why Join GSL Education?· We offer highly competitive daily rates and excellent benefits.
