Or perhaps you are ready for your next role in education.This Learning Support Assistant position starts as soon as you are available, and you don’t need to have qualifications to apply – induction and training will be provided.A Special Educational Needs school are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with learners who have SEN and can sometimes display challenging behaviours.As a Learning Support Assistant, you will ideally have:

• A good standard of education and can identify areas for academic improvement with the learners that you support.

• Previous experience in an educational setting is not required but a desire to build your career in this sector would be advantageous.

· Focus on helping pupils overcome barriers and achieve their best results.

• You must be committed, adaptable and an excellent team player.

• A calm and patient manner, show empathy and be non-judgemental.
