We are looking for a Learning Project & Planning Specialist who is well-organized, detail-oriented and proactive to join our Learning team, based in Anderlecht, Belgium.

About the role

Driving appetite and engagement with our 10000 learners requires a solid planning, alignment with cross functional teams and excellence in execution. For this we are looking for a highly organized and dynamic Learning Project and Planning Specialist to join our Learning team.

The key responsibilities will be to provide optimal coordination for the learning programs & activities driven by the Transversal and Leadership learning team – including support from design to delivery, vendors to invoicing, as well as customer experience and events, as well as provide the support to the Head of the organization from a planning, coordination, communication, and administrative perspective for the team.

Who you’ll work with

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Learning Operations team to ensure seamless execution and evaluation of learning initiatives. You’ll work with stream/product owners to plan and coordinate activities, and partner with the Data team to analyze key performance indicators. You’ll liaise with internal departments to facilitate communication, address issues, and collaborate with external vendors on financial tracking and event logistics. Engaging with peers and stakeholders, both internal and external, you’ll communicate the team’s initiatives and build relationships crucial to the organization’s success.

What you’ll do

  • Plan, coordinate in collaboration with Learning Operations, and evaluate learning activities (learning programs delivery), including training material development and financial tracking.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Learning team and other departments.
  • Acquire and apply global knowledge of UCB, its strategies, products, and policies.
  • Execute and support learning communication campaigns and develop meeting materials.
  • Plan and manage logistics for learning events, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
  • Handle administrative duties, including agenda management, travel planning, and team information organization (10%)

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in planning, organizing, and supporting teams, preferably in a learning and development environment.
  • Initial experience with financial processes, data analysis, and project management.
  • Digital savvy
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Fluency in English is a must, French is an asset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
