Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Learning Project & Planning Specialist who is well-organized, detail-oriented and proactive to join our Learning team, based in Anderlecht, Belgium.
About the role
Driving appetite and engagement with our 10000 learners requires a solid planning, alignment with cross functional teams and excellence in execution. For this we are looking for a highly organized and dynamic Learning Project and Planning Specialist to join our Learning team.
The key responsibilities will be to provide optimal coordination for the learning programs & activities driven by the Transversal and Leadership learning team – including support from design to delivery, vendors to invoicing, as well as customer experience and events, as well as provide the support to the Head of the organization from a planning, coordination, communication, and administrative perspective for the team.
Who you’ll work with
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Learning Operations team to ensure seamless execution and evaluation of learning initiatives. You’ll work with stream/product owners to plan and coordinate activities, and partner with the Data team to analyze key performance indicators. You’ll liaise with internal departments to facilitate communication, address issues, and collaborate with external vendors on financial tracking and event logistics. Engaging with peers and stakeholders, both internal and external, you’ll communicate the team’s initiatives and build relationships crucial to the organization’s success.
