Working hours: 9am-5pmLearning Program Manager will help customers plan and execute Cloud Learning Plan, providing them with best practice advice, scheduling training and reporting on training consumption. They proactively manage a customers’ training investment through regular meetings and quarterly reviews.Responsibility:

• Act as a Single point of escalation for customer queries.
• Take the learners’ through their learning journey and provide periodic support and feedback on key learner’s issues.
• Provide operational support such as responding to internal/external queries related to training schedules, course registrations etc.
• Provide periodic report on Queries and issue using spreadsheets.

Skills and Experience:

• Min 2 years of experience in Program management / Coordination experience/ management in learning / training environment.
• Proficient in English and French, written and spoken.
• Experience in support and troubleshooting technology.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks and requests and manage work on time.
• Ability to lead reviews and monitor key success KPIs.
• Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven project management, organizational and communication skills.
• Robust conflict resolution skills.
