As part of the HR Department, Talent Development & Total Rewards Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

-Support to the L&D department in the coordination and implementation of training projects
-Adaptation of L&D materials received by International HQ
-Update and manage the Sephora internal platforms and shared mailbox
-Support the management of brand relationships aimed to training activities
-Design of minor training projects and modules
-Follow up on the projects with all the stakeholders to guarantee sustainability and effectiveness
-Analysis of L&D KPI’s to provide reports
-Be a sponsor of the HR department in the motivation, engagement and development of employees
-Daily cooperation with all other HQ departments in order to guarantee synergy in the training flow of communications and actions implemented
-Guarantee implementation of assigned projects according to business strategy
-Be a Digital Ambassador to improve all the L&D processes and omnichannel approach
-Be an ambassador of company’s values and culture
