The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:

Learning & Development Specialist

Exciting projects include:

• Planning, elaboration and implementation of all internal and external trainings

• Administrative recording, preparation and follow-up, control and preparation of all training-relevant topics

• Identification of training needs in cooperation with the department heads

• Preparation of development plans and support for implementation

• Development and optimization of succession plans together with the management team

Helpful experience and know-how:

• Experience in training / personnel development

• Knowledge of the upscale hotel or catering industry is advantageous

• Communication strength and expressiveness

• Excellent knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language (other foreign languages are advantageous)

• valid work permit for Austria

• An organized and structured way of working
