Job Description
Our 35 plasma donation centers in Austria, the Czech Republic and Hungary, which operate under the BioLife brand, serve many thousands of donors each year, who donate plasma, the basis for life-saving medicines. BioLife is part of Takeda, a patient-focused, values-based, and R&D-driven global biopharmaceutical company.
In this position as Learning Coordinator for BioLife Europe, you will help to shape our culture of continuous lifelong learning by organizing and coordinating local learning events and trainings in the European BioLife sites and support communication activities as well as logistic steps that are required for training execution.
This position can be located in Austria, Vienna or the Czech Republic, Brno. We would like you to also personally meet the team you are working with on a regular basis, but home office is possible for the majority of the time.
Your Opportunity:
Course logistics
- Create participant lists based on target audiences, contact with participants
- Manage and maintain offline and online shared calendars
- Compile all learning activities into one platform
- Actively edit invitations, participant lists and location details
- Ensure smooth event organization in case of virtual invitations
- Manage room booking, room setup and equipment and catering (internally as well as in external venues)
- Assist in design and distribution of communication materials
Learning system management
- Ensure course creation and participant registration in SAP/Bloom, execute communication to redirect sign-up process from calendar invites to SAP
- Create and maintain storage for course materials in Bloom
Continuous learning culture
- Assist in research, design and identification of follow- up materials
- Manage communication and follow-up cycles for ‚in between course’ materials and events
Vendor Management and Finance Administration
- Administrative organization of suppliers (ensure supplier registration, invoice management, continuous supplier communication)
- Actively register payments and expenses in line with the yearly budget
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Ideally professional experience related to coordination and administration tasks, track record in terms of internal communication practices, tools etc.
- Excellent communication skills, including written English, Czech and ideally German
- Good command of MS Excel, Word
- Excellent organizational skills
- Passion for mastering new tools (e.g. Learning Platforms)
- Problem solving skills and customer focus
- Integrity and curiosity, willingness to constantly learn
- Working time: part-time, 19h/ week

Motivated employees must be remunerated accordingly. The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is € 3.307,50 gross/month (full time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry) plus attractive annual bonus. The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, so increased payment is possible.
