In this role you will:

-manage the onboarding process for new hires and introduce new employees with company procedures and processes
-design, organize and implement trainings and educations for employees and be create annual training plans in accordance with company needs
-be responsible for updating data and documentation related to employee development, collect feedback on educations and take necessary actions based on received feedback
-monitor education costs on a monthly and annual basis, manage activities considering planned learning and development budget, and identifying opportunities for introducing new educations and processes
-keep records of employee educations and trainings, while ensuring education profitability
-in accordance with the assessment of skill results, organize trainings for employees that will help them with developing required skills
-providing support to the recruitment team and HR business partners in the selection process for Supply Chain Trainee and participate in the development activities for selected trainee
-collaborate with other departments in supply chain to effectively manage regional employee learning and development programs
-manage the development of employees in the supply chain, organize required trainings, monitor progress, providing reports to the local and regional team about the achieved goals
 

This job is for you if you have:

-Bachelor’s or University degree
-2 to 4 years of relevant experience in learning and development
-experience in assessing educational needs, creating, and conducting trainings and educations
-experience in monitoring development budget
-excellent written and oral communication skills
-skills required to develop good relationships within the team and organization
-good knowledge of MS Office
-excellent knowledge of English language
-driver’s license (preferred)
