• To ensure that the College’s reputation is maximised to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
• To implement the College’s employer engagement and learner recruitment strategy.
• To ensure that applicants receive the highest quality of customer service throughout their enquiry to enrolment journey.
• To continually deliver the College’s customer service experience and aspire to achieve a ‘frictionless’ user experience from enquiry to enrolment.

Skills/Experience:

• Working successfully with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
• A creative and innovative approach that combines sales and customer service methods and techniques with a strong understanding of the human emotions of college customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum GCSE Grade 4/C in English & Maths or equivalent
• ​Level 3 qualification or equivalent
