We have 2 open LEAN Partner positions at the Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) site in Hillerød.The Position
As a LEAN Partner, your primary role will be to support one of our departments. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Be an ambassador for the LEAN agenda and support the continuous strengthening of the LEAN culture at all levels within the department.
  • Coach leaders and employees on LEAN behaviour – we believe ideal results are created through ideal behaviours.
  • Support the implementation of robust LEAN systems, including Leader Standard Work, Process Confirmation, Visual Management, Structured Problem Solving, KATA, and Hoshin Kanri.
  • Lead and support improvement work and problem-solving initiatives.
  • Support the department’s implementation of strategic initiatives through HK.
  • Teach LEAN principles through our Academy and local training events.

You will spend a significant amount of your time on shopfloor, working closely with leaders and employees through coaching and sparring. To succeed, the role requires you to gain an understanding of the department’s core processes, people, challenges, and priorities.Qualifications
Your experiences include:

  • An academic degree in a relevant field (engineering, psychology, chemistry, production, or economics), ideally supplemented with relevant LEAN experience from a comparable position or certification (e.g., Six Sigma, LEAN, Change Management).
  • A solid foundation and at least 5+ years of experience with the practical application of LEAN systems and tools.
  • Experience in coaching leaders and developing LEAN leadership behaviour and culture.
  • Experience working at a production site, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Fully proficiency in Danish and English.

About the department
At AM Hillerød, we produce top-quality injectable products for patients with diabetes and other serious chronic diseases worldwide. As a global supplier, our focus can shift quickly, and we need to make the necessary changes to meet the demand for current and new products around the world.
The LEAN team is part of the Operational Excellence Department in Business Support at AM Hillerød. We support AM Hillerød’s strategic ambitions to improve data-driven decision-making and increase production stability and efficiency.
