-Contribute to the conceptualization of organizational designs and support in tracking and analysis.
Your future team
In this role, you will collaborate closely with your manager, Alison Summerfield, Senior Director in People & Culture Business Partnering, and work alongside two influential teams: the Transformation and Innovation Office and the P&C Business Partnering for Europe and International Operations team. This split role provides a unique opportunity to be involved in global strategic projects that have a significant impact on our entire organization.
You will join a diverse team where each member brings unique perspectives and competencies. We pride ourselves on being great colleagues, enjoying our work while making meaningful contributions to Lundbeck.
The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
