You will lead the technical implementation of large-scale IAM projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. Your expertise will center on our cutting-edge cybersecurity IAM product portfolio, guiding clients through the complexities of identity and access management, and overseeing the deployment of cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure) to optimize infrastructure costs and enhance system performance.Your role will involve conducting detailed system analysis and integration to ensure seamless operation between legacy systems and new technologies. You will provide technical support, training, and mentorship to junior consultants and client staff. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, you will also deliver customized training sessions to improve user adoption rates.What the Role OffersCutting-edge Technologies: Opportunity to work with the latest in cybersecurity and cloud computing technologies.Innovative Work Environment: A collaborative and forward-thinking workspace that fosters innovation.Professional Development: Continuous learning and professional development opportunities to advance your career.Flexible Work Arrangements: Options for remote work and flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.Global Impact: Contribute to projects that serve a diverse range of industries, including financial services, healthcare, government, and manufacturing, in over 50 countries.What You Need to SucceedEducational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Experience: Minimum of 5 years in cybersecurity consulting and system integration, with proficiency in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and software development.Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices, data management, and experience with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships.Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with additional proficiency in German or French highly valued.Product Experience: At least 2 years of experience in large-scale implementations of Identity and Access Management solutions such as OpenText NetIQ Identity Manager, SailPoint Identity Security Platform, and others.Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, C++), databases (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL), tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins), and platforms (Windows, Linux, macOS).Certifications (Preferred): Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), AWS Certified Solutions Architect.One Last ThingWe at OpenText are dedicated to staying at the forefront of technological innovation.
