Responsibilities

What you will do

The Lead Support Integration Architect will be instrumental in identifying and delivering on the evolving needs of this highly complex market to ensure we are delivering the best possible support to our customers.

  • Lead Integration Services strategy and accountability for highly complex multi-site client programs across our UK and European client base in service delivery, product maintenance and system upgrades.

  • Contribute to defining and establishing Integration Services performance metrics and recommend impact strategies.

  • Act as point of contact for cross-organizational integration support escalations, with internal and external collaborators.

  • Identify, design and drive internal team and organisational initiatives to meeting the ever evolving needs of our market place.

  • Provide 24/7 on-call client support as needed.

  • Client-facing and travel up to 20%

Required Experience

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), Computer or Software Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent relevant experience.

  • At least 7 years work experience in Healthcare Information Technology.

  • At least 5 years of experience in delivery and/or support with Cerner Millennium products and services.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance is not available for the position
