That’s where you come in.We’re looking for a Lead Sales Development to lead our team of learning experts. These experts sit at the intersection of marketing and sales, working to build genuine, valuable connections with prospects and customers. Your role? Guide the team to create 1:1 and 1:many relationships that deliver real value, powered by a modern, unified go-to-market strategy.In this role you’ll be responsible for:Lead and inspire a team of learning experts dedicated to helping organizations rethink learning and developmentTake ownership of and scale prospecting programs, including creating impactful content, hosting webinars, developing account-based sales strategies, and using social selling to build strong relationshipsDrive the shift towards modern demand generation by fostering a unified approach that emphasizes value and trust, moving beyond traditional sales and marketing silosOversee meaningful and effective prospecting efforts, leveraging automation and personalization to build lasting relationshipsCollaborate closely with marketing and sales to ensure alignment, strategic focus, and a shared commitment to solving customers’ learning challengesExperiment with new channels and methods, scaling successful approaches to better connect with the audienceUse data to track impact and refine strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and meaningful resultsWho you areYou have at least 5 years of experience in business development, with a minimum of 3 years leading teams from the trenchesYou’re ready to lead by example when needed, jumping in to support your team while keeping the bigger picture in focusYou’re passionate about building relationships and know how to foster trust and engagement at scaleYou understand the power of automation, data, and personalization but always keep the human element front and centerYou want to grow your leadership skills, not just in sales development but across digital marketing, content strategy, and moreYou see the bigger picture and know how to align teams and strategies to achieve itWhat we offer
