Job Description

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Batch Record Reviews for GMP batches, ensuring strict adherence to company procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform periodic surveillance of production activities to maintain outstanding quality standards and proactively promote a strong Quality Culture across departments.
• Facilitate open communication regarding issues and corrective actions with the Production Department through regular huddles.
• Collaborate with the Production Department and the PPI Team to drive continuous improvement initiatives, support the implementation of new workflows, optimize procedures, and build PPI Tools.
• Provide detailed training for personnel involved in Quality on the Floor activities and department operators in alignment with current company procedures.
• Collaborate with Quality Operations and Department Quality Specialists for accurate investigations and effective corrective actions.
• Operate in full compliance with company quality standards, applying all relevant procedures and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical environments within QA or Production departments.
• Willingness to work shifts (7×3, continuous cycle).
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong teamwork abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
