Your role will involve strategic oversight of quality assurance processes and active participation in team development, driving both product and personnel excellence.IF YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL:

  • Lead and manage a team of quality engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Drive our QA roadmap and lead the implementation of test automation strategies.
  • Challenge user stories and conduct risk analyses.
  • Ensure alignment with project goals of acceptance-criteria-based test cases.
  • Oversee issue resolution during development sprints and release periods, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Report and assess quality metrics during development iterations, making data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enrich our way of working at technology and product levels.
  • Optimize applications and workflows for speed and efficiency in digital solutions.
  • Continuously explore new technologies and frameworks to improve digital offerings.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the quality engineering team.

RequirementsThe skills you will bring:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of quality engineers.
  • Expertise in creating and implementing test plans for a variety of applications.
  • Deep understanding that test automation and testing are inseparable concepts.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of how mobile and web apps are built.
  • Familiarity with programming concepts; actual professional programming experience is a bonus.
  • Experience with scrum and agile methodologies is a significant advantage.
  • Firm grasp of software development best practices, including various methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Eagerness to contribute to projects that move people, organizations, and society.
  • Fluency in Dutch and/or English.
