Join us as we digitally connect the world and shape the future.The RoleThe Lumen marketing operations team is looking for a lead QA resource for our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) instance, that is the content management system for and various other Lumen related websites.A Quality Assurance (QA) resource is a pivotal member of a web development team, responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of web applications through rigorous testing and validation processes. Their primary goal is to identify and resolve defects before the software is released to end-users.This role will also be responsible for understanding the www.lumen.com requirements and functionality, designing and maintaining comprehensive test cases that cover all aspects of the website experience and executing these tests to identify any defects or deviations from expected behavior following changes or updates to the site. This person will ensure that previously fixed issues remain resolved, and that new features or changes do not adversely affect the existing functionality. Additionally, this person will work closely with the development team to provide timely and accurate feedback, document and communicate test results effectively, and continuously update test cases to reflect the evolving website experience.The Main Responsibilities
