With a planned schedule of major integrations, we have the opportunity for a talented Lead Operations Manager to join our team and contribute to our exciting product growth trajectory. \nWhat you will do

  • You will design and implement integration solutions between internal systems and external partners using APIs and middleware.
  • You will collaborate with commercial, product and development teams to go from integration requirements to a proper product solution.
  • You will develop and maintain documentation for integration processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
  • You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
  • You will ensure accuracy and functionality by performing thorough testing and validation of integration solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance integration strategies.
  • You will provide support and training to internal teams and partners on integration tools and processes.

What you will need

  • You have extensive experience in API development (REST, SOAP) and system integrations, with bonus points for familiarity with the latest NDC API standards.
  • You bring strong product and analytical skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data flows and system interactions.
  • Working closely with Product Managers, you excel at translating complex and ambiguous requirements into clear product specifications.
  • You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling seamless collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
  • You are proficient in creating clear documentation and reports to support integration projects and system understanding.
  • You have a solid understanding of agile methodologies and project management practices, managing multiple integrations and deliverables in parallel.
  • You bring experience with testing frameworks and tools, ensuring the reliability and performance of integrations.
  • You thrive in collaborative environments, effectively supporting and challenging your peers across product, technical, and commercial domains to drive optimal solutions.
