As a Product Lead, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution for three product teams: a financial application focused on funds management and tracking, an internal admin platform for internal operations and L2-L3 support, and a compliance team dedicated to risk scoring, anti-fraud, and Know Your Transaction (KYT) processes. Reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll play a crucial role in setting strategic direction, ensuring product quality, and aligning product development with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

    • Strategic product management
    • Coordination of product teams

    • Data analysis and performance management

    • Conducting and coordinating research

Requirements:

      • Strong Product Expertise:
1. Proven experience in product management with a track record of leading successful product strategies, particularly in financial applications, compliance, or internal tools
2. Hands-on experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles, from ideation to implementation and scaling, with a strong ability to balance strategic and tactical tasks
      • Understanding of Internal Tool and Product Development:
1. Solid knowledge of the unique challenges and requirements in developing internal platforms and tools
2. Familiarity with optimizing workflows, user interfaces, and functionalities tailored to internal employees, as well as compliance tools like risk scoring, anti-fraud, and KYT processes
      • Effective Communication and Business Alignment:
1. Ability to communicate product decisions, priorities, and strategies clearly and persuasively with cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders
2. Skilled at translating technical details into business-oriented language, building understanding and alignment across teams
      • Assertive Leadership and Influence:
1. Demonstrated assertiveness in advocating for product vision, priorities, and trade-offs, balancing a respectful and collaborative approach with firm decision-making
2. Proactive in addressing challenges, driving alignment, and reinforcing the strategic value of product initiatives
      • Team and Multiteam Management:
1. Experience in managing multiple product teams simultaneously, ideally with cross-functional teams or squads
2. Strong mentoring skills to guide product managers, fostering growth and alignment with team goals
3. Ability to allocate resources effectively, prioritize team initiatives, and resolve conflicts to support a collaborative and productive team environment
      • Analytical and Data-Driven Approach:
1. Skilled in leveraging data for decision-making, able to set and track KPIs, interpret user metrics, and use analytics to drive feature development and optimization
2. Experience with tools and methodologies for performance tracking, analysis, and reporting on product outcomes
