Lead Developers guide and coach their teams in their implementation and application.Job responsibilities

• You will work in collaborative, value-driven teams to build innovative customer experiences for our clients
• You will propose and implement solutions to address scalability & design challenges.
• You will oversee or take part in the software development cycle of a scalable product.
• You will implement changes/features as part of a Continuous Evolution process.
• Responsible for application/environment health, continuous improvement, and continuous optimization approach.
• Addresses in a timely manner software issues identified via various channels, quickly able to diagnose and qualify production incidents, identify and address root causes, find workarounds, etc.
• Work on large-scale distributed systems out of microservices, with several external integrations in a fast-paced environment.
• You will act as a mentor for less-experienced peers through both your technical knowledge and leadership skills
• You will use continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software as well as value to end customers as early as possible.

Job qualificationsTechnical Skills

• You have a strong knowledge and understanding of .NET technologies
• You have working experience with the AWS development and deployment environment.
• You can skillfully write high-quality, well-tested code and you are comfortable with Object-Oriented programming.
• Comfortability with Agile methods, such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum, and/or Kanban.
• Experience relevant to the above-mentioned responsibilities.

• You’re resilient in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from multiple perspectives
