As Manufacturing Engineer, you will provide support for solving complex technical problems that arise in manufacturing production. Working with leading-edge technology, you will make key decisions, resolve issues and oversee projects to shape enhancements. You’ll unite cross-functional teams to connect, share knowledge, innovate and to develop improvements.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing fabrication and assembly area to support shop routings and fixture design, instructions sheets and equipment improvements
• Leading the new product introduction in manufacturing area validating design specifications and shop floor application of tools and equipment
• Evaluating manufacturing procedures and shaping strategic projects to improve processes capabilities, quality, fulfillment, safety and productivity
• Suggesting and designing new fixture configurations for adaption for new products fabrication and changes of production process
• Performing jobs estimation costs in the OTR phase to update handbook for ITO phase for hand-off meetings

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a related a Bachelor’s degree with demonstrate knowledge of manufacturing

process

• Show excellent technical drawing skills
• Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills
• Have experience delivering IT solutions in an Engineering or Manufacturing environment
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English and Italian
• Have experience CAD or CAM
• Be able to work in EU with no restrictions
