es, and for managing regulatory certification of new products by communicating with external certification laboratories, and by communica

ti
ng with internal customers, program managers ensuring all tests are completed correctly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Work as part of a Global V&V team supporting NPI Activities and managing external certification studies.
Liaise with and support witness test at 3rd party laboratory tests.
Quoting outside test lab work, 
Analyzing the process under position’s responsibility and study for the improvement
Improve external activities by finding new alternatives!
Develop plans to increase internal capabilities.
Develop and optimize test methods.
Build area to conduct tests.
Build team to conduct duties under his responsibility.
Follow and organize test activities.
Review test reports.
Provide product design enhancement suggestions.

Qualifications
Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
8+ years of testing experience.
Demonstrated strong teamwork with various organizations both internal and external. 
Strong communication skills with cross functional teams
Team management 

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience in electronics systems integrated with the battery. 
Experience in product safety certification studies IEC, CE, UL
Complex system optimizations

Previous experience of delivering measurable results in a busy environment.
Experience of working with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.

Demonstrate a high degree of safety practices in the workplace. 
Familiar with 5S and Six Sigma lean enterprise initiatives.
Familiar with quality standards (ISO9001 & ISO17025, equipment metrology and lab quality management).
Familiar with products safety standards like UL2202, UL2231, UL1973 test standards.
