We are an innovative company with nearly 10 years of experience in Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing. For the past 2 years, we’ve been developing a revolutionary AI SaaS platform for smart recruitment campaigns on social media and job boards. After a successful investment, we’re ready to transform our MVP into a full-fledged platform.We’re looking for an experienced Lead Developer who can:
– Transform our MVP, built in a low-code environment, into a robust and scalable platform
– Design the technical architecture for a sustainable, future-proof solution
– Lead the platform development and build a small team
– Actively contribute to development, even after team expansionYour role:
– Lead the technical development of our AI SaaS platform
– Collaborate with the CEO/Product Owner to realize the product vision
– Assemble and manage a development team (growing to 5 members in 1.5 years)
– Advise on and implement the most suitable technology stack
– Actively contribute to coding, especially in the first few monthsWhat we’re looking for:
– Experienced SaaS developer with leadership ambitions
– Vision for building scalable SaaS platforms
– Experience with AI technologies is a plus
– Strong communication skills
– Dutch or English-speaking, residing in the NetherlandsWhat we offer:
– Salary: up to €5,700 gross per month
