Lead Commercial Analytics (IIT)We are looking for a data and analytic professional to join our Data and Integration team. This is a unique opportunity to shape and accelerate this capability across Carlsberg functions and regions, playing a key role in our journey towards advanced analytics. This position will work closely with Commercial business functions and IIT to deliver analytics which includes pricing, promo, assortments to help business to make better commercial strategy.What you’ll be doingYour tasks will mainly consist of:
- Work with group commercial function to shape the new initiatives by contributing to business case development, vendor selection, etc.
- Manage external and internal team distributed within Europe and India
- Ensure delivery of the projects included standard reporting as well as advance analytic solution.
- Steering solution design to ensure scalability and compliance.
- Participate in budget planning and ensure on time and on budget delivery
What we’re looking forThe ideal candidate should have proven track of experience working in complex project and diverse environment with recent experience on complex data integration.Your skills and profile would include:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of experience at a data & technology function or company
- Exceptional communication skills
- Hands on experience in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Preparing BRDs/ FSDs/ product manuals, writing use cases, reviewing test cases, functional testing.
- Excellent communication skills
- Solution minded with the ability to innovate / consulting mindset.
- Good understanding of Commercial function within FMCG industry.
- Good experience of data technology architectures (MS Azure preferred) & solutions and having a clear track record of delivering real world solutions.
- Ability to structure team within agile delivery model.
