This role offers the chance to work on exciting education schemes alongside commercial retrofit and heritage projects. The successful candidate will lead a talented team, contributing to design-led solutions and collaborating with a diverse range of clients.Key Responsibilities for this Architect Role

• Take the lead on architectural design projects, mainly new build education schemes alongside commercial retrofit, and heritage projects.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, develop design concepts, and ensure project objectives are met.
• Produce high-quality drawings, models, and presentations using ArchiCAD.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Skills Necessary for this Architect Role

• Previous experience leading architectural teams is essential.
• Proficiency in Revit and/or ArchiCAD software is required.
• A friendly and collaborative team player with a commitment to fostering positive working relationships.
• Experience working with design-led firms and delivering projects to a high standard.
• Demonstrated experience with education schemes across a range of scales.
