We are looking for a Dutch-speaking lawyer with a great interest in environmental law, zoning and planning.Our Regulatory departmentOur Regulatory practice provides services with regard to legal advisory and litigation. Our attorneys are particularly recognised for their skills in environmental, energy, zoning and planning and public procurement regulations, and this for the three regions.We advise on and give procedural assistance to clients concerning various subject areas such as permits, zoning and planning, waste and soil, nuisances, health and safety, water regulations, environmental impact analyses, nature conservation, safety reporting, and others. Our team has extensive experience with regard to industry, massive structures and urban development. Apart from our team’s autonomous expertise, our regulatory practitioners seamlessly join forces with the firm’s other practices especially on M&A and real estate transactions.The department consists of 22 lawyers.The department is located in the city centre of Brussels, next to the central station.What we offerJoining our team, you can expect:

What we expectWe are looking for a bright lawyer who:

• Has an excellent knowledge of Dutch, and a good command of French and English.
• Obtained a Belgian law degree with good academic results.
• Has up to 3 years of experience in environmental law, zoning and planning.
• Has strong analytical skills and editorial fluency.
• Has a client-oriented, practical and commercial mind-set.
• Has excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Is eager to learn, enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated.
