This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor or conveyancer to join an experienced team in Kent on a hybrid working arrangement. Utilising your skills and knowledge of commercial and residential property matters, you will play a key role in maintaining the firms’ loyal client base as well as managing a varied caseload.

Responsibilities

• Managing own caseload
• Liaising with clients
• Sale and purchase
• Leases
• Acquisitions
• Landlord and tenant
• Delegating tasks
• Supervising junior members of the team

The Candidate

• Qualified solicitors or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 1 years’ PQE
• Technical proficiency in residential and/or commercial property
• Able to build and maintain client relationships
• Proactive and ambitious
• A natural leader
• Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Has excellent client care skills
