Therefore, we are currently looking for a Law and Mobility specialist to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.Team and RoleThis is a newly established role within a collaborative team consisting of HR Business Partners, HR Support, and HR Development professionals. The team is dedicated to supporting TERMA in Denmark and across Europe. At Terma, this new Law and Mobility role is an essential part of our HR and Legal functions, dedicated to navigating the complex landscape of global employment law and mobility. As a vital member of HR, you will serve as the global contact for all HR topics related to employment law and mobility, ensuring compliance and providing strategic legal guidance across our international operations.In this role, you will work closely with colleagues from various departments, including HR, legal, and operations, as well as external legal counsels. Your collaboration will extend beyond daily operations to encompass project-based activities, where you will drive and manage global employment law governance. You will be the go-to expert, advising stakeholders on employment law, employee privacy considerations, and the latest legal developments, ensuring that our policies and practices are up-to-date and compliant.Moreover, you will handle immigration and compliance for mobility cases across Terma, working in cooperation with internal and an external network of advisors. Ensuring the proper setup and compliance for employees working in permanent establishments and managing global mobility requirements and regulations will be a key part of your responsibilities. As the process owner for mobility, cross-border, and relocation support, you will streamline these processes to support our dynamic workforce effectively.Join us to be a part of a dynamic HR team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence, and help us navigate the complexities of global mobility and employment law with expertise and confidence.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this pivotal role, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities to ensure compliance and provide strategic legal support across Terma’s global operations:

  • Global Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for HR topics related to employment law and mobility across Terma.
  • Governance and Collaboration: Drive and manage global employment law governance, working closely with colleagues both inside and outside HR, as well as with external legal counsels. This includes daily operations and project-based activities.
  • Advisory Role: Provide stakeholders with comprehensive advice on employment law, employee privacy considerations, and the latest legal developments.
  • Legal Advice: Deliver business-oriented, risk-balanced, and actionable legal advice on a wide range of global employment law issues. This includes deal structuring, due diligence, employee transfer and consultation requirements, harmonization of employment terms and policies, lawful engagement of employees across countries, and employee separations.
  • Immigration and Compliance: Handle immigration and compliance for mobility cases across Terma in cooperation with an external network of advisors.
  • Global Mobility: Ensure proper setup and compliance for employees working in permanent establishments and manage global mobility requirements and regulations for Terma and our employees.
  • Process Ownership: Serve as the process owner for mobility, cross-border, and relocation support.

  • Relationship Building: Ability to build strong and deep working relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple geographical locations.
  • Educational Background: A law degree with several years of experience from an in-house legal department of a multinational company, including advising and/or managing advice related to other jurisdictions.
