Duties and responsibilities related to theLaundry Attendantrole

• Coordinate daily laundry operations, ensuring tasks are efficiently completed to high cleanliness and presentation standards.

• Ensure that laundry carts and storage areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

• Inspect linens and garments for stains, tears, and other damages, treating them appropriately or reporting them to the supervisor for further action.

• Ensure all laundry processes adhere to the hotel’s quality standards and procedures.

• Maintain accurate records of laundry operations, including inventory and equipment usage.

• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of clean linens and garments

About you

Previous experience in housekeeping management within theluxury segment is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills are required.
