As such, we are looking for a highly motivated technician with a key scientific interest in Nutrition, Food Science and Cardiovascular Science to join the team.In addition to further developing existing knowledge/skills in nutritional and metabolic assays, this position will provide opportunities to work alongside experienced team of Laboratory Technicians from a range of backgrounds, attend research seminars, and build professional contacts across the Faculty of Health & Medical Sciences.About youThis position would suit someone with excellent attention to detail, wet lab/project experience, and an interest in food, nutrition and cardiovascular research and development. Previous experience with microbiological assays, biochemical assays, or analytical techniques in food science is essential for the successful applicant, although training will be provided.
