XGLab S.r.l., a company based in Milano whose core-business is the development of high-performance electronics and innovative instrumentation for X-ray and Gamma-ray applications, is looking for one Laboratory Technician.

The candidate will be assembling, mounting and testing electronics and mechanical sub-components and systems for industries and research applications.


  • Full Time contract with position congruent with the experience and proven capabilities.

  • Young and dynamic environment in an international context. Location: Milano, Italy.


  • Produces electronics components and electronic/mechanical systems by assembling parts and subassemblies.

  • Uses hand tools or machines to assemble electronics and mechanical parts.

  • Experience in PCB assembly and cabling.

  • Conducts tests and quality control checks.

  • Prepares work to be accomplished by studying parts lists and gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.

  • Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies.

  • Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs.

  • Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Required features and skills:

  • Experience with assembly equipment: soldering stations, reworking tools, cables assembly.

  • Experience with laboratory instrumentation like oscilloscope, multimeter, power supplies and similar.

  • Experience with basic mechanics reworking tools
