Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Labor Lawyer & Social Relations Specialist (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in Brussels.Our client is a fast growing company active in the industrial sector.As Labor Lawyer & Social Relations Specialist (m/f/x) you will be responsible for:
- Providing legal support to HR and the Business stakeholders;
- Management of disciplinary sanctions (analysis of facts, drafting of letters);
- Management of other departures: redundancies, negotiated departures & transactions;
- Support and assistance with the management of bodies such as works councils, CPPT and internal/external meetings with social partners;
- Preparatory work for drafting and negotiating company agreements;
- Legal research/social and regulatory monitoring;
- Litigation management.
The required profile for the Labor Lawyer & Social Relations Specialist (m/f/x) position:
- Master’s degree in Labor Law, or experience in similar employment law/Human Resources functions, in an industrial or service environment, preferably in a multi-site environment;
- A generalist approach to HR, with good knowledge of individual and collective labor law;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and interest in teamwork;
- You are fluent in Dutch & French.
