Lab Integration System LeadThis position offers more than a job; it’s an opportunity to bolster our digital systems in the laboratories with your specialized knowledge. As a key player, you’ll take care of important systems in the space of lab data management. You will lead the change in meeting our dynamic business needs and play a pivotal role in equipping the lab with the best digital tools and systems.Functions and Responsibilities:

• As a System Lead and SME, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing IT systems for laboratory instrument integration and data management.
• System Management: Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of laboratory IT systems in compliance with GxP and other relevant regulations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all systems are validated and meet the requirements of a GxP environment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the systems meet these requirements.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to laboratory operations.
• Training and Development: Train and support staff in the use of the systems, promoting best practices in a regulated environment.

Profile & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Bioinformatics, Medicinal Informatics or similar.
• Experience: Multiple years of experience in IT system management in a GxP, regulated and validated environment with a strong focus on lab data management and archiving.
• Technical Understanding: Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting laboratory IT systems.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GxP and other relevant regulations for IT system management.
• Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve system issues.
• Software: ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, VEEVA, IDEA for CON, SAP ITEMS, CMDB
• Software Development: SCCM packaging, SQL, PLSQL, Oracle
• Process knowledge: GxP System lead activities (Installation, Qualification, Run, Support, Problem Solving, Incident management, Change management), ITIL processes
• Interpersonal: Stakeholder management, customer communication, vendor management
