We’re looking for a dedicated Science Specialist to join our committed team. This role offers the chance to work with small class sizes, capped at just 12 students, ensuring personalised and impactful teaching.Our students, who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH), often face additional challenges such as Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties. We embrace a ‘can’t do yet’ philosophy, fostering resilience and growth. As part of our trauma-informed school, you’ll receive comprehensive therapeutic training and support, equipping you to meet the unique needs of our students.The Role:

• 📚 Deliver a broad Science curriculum across Key Stage 3, GCSE, and Functional Skills levels.
• 🤝 Build professional, nurturing relationships with students to inspire and engage them.
• 🌐 Collaborate with educational and therapy professionals, parents/carers, and local authorities to achieve outstanding outcomes.
• 🎨 Contribute to both academic and extra-curricular programs, bringing your own passions and expertise to the table.
