Le aree di intervento includono Cyber Security, Program Management su grandi cantieri di trasformazione del settore Pubblico, Application Maintenance e Managed Services.Entrando a far parte del Team AMS Microsoft, sarai coinvolta/o nella gestione e nello sviluppo delle soluzioni Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement e Power Platform. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con colleghe e colleghi esperti nell’implementazione di soluzioni digitali avanzate, contribuendo all’ottimizzazione dei processi aziendali dei clienti e garantendo l’efficienza operativa dei sistemi.Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

  • Supportare le attività di Application Maintenance per Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, garantendo il rispetto degli SLA e la continuità operativa.
  • Configurare i moduli di Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) e sviluppare applicazioni model-driven sulla Power Platform.
  • Sviluppare soluzioni automatizzate con Power Automate e personalizzazioni tramite C# e JavaScript, inclusi plugin e flussi di lavoro.
  • Analizzare e risolvere problematiche tecniche e funzionali, collaborando con il team tecnico per individuare soluzioni innovative.
  • Supportare i clienti nella definizione dei requisiti di business e progettare soluzioni su misura.
  • Partecipare a workshop e sessioni formative per il team interno e gli utenti finali.

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

  • Hai 2-4 anni di esperienza in un’azienda o società di consulenza su Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, con un focus su Sales e Customer Service.
  • Conosci in modo approfondito Dynamics 365 e Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages).
  • Hai competenze nello sviluppo di soluzioni personalizzate con C# e JavaScript, inclusi plugin e script client-side.
  • Sei in grado di risolvere problematiche tecniche e funzionali con un approccio strutturato e innovativo.
  • Hai una buona padronanza della lingua inglese, preferibilmente rafforzata da esperienze di studio o lavoro all’estero.
  • Hai conseguito una laurea in ingegneria gestionale, economia, informatica o discipline affini.

Our areas of expertise include Cyber Security, Program Management for large-scale public sector transformation projects, Application Maintenance, and Managed Services.By joining the Microsoft AMS Team, you will be involved in managing and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions. You will work closely with colleagues who are experts in implementing advanced digital solutions, contributing to optimizing clients’ business processes and ensuring the operational efficiency of systems.Specifically, you will:
  • Support Application Maintenance activities for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, ensuring SLA compliance and system continuity.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) and develop model-driven applications on the Power Platform.
  • Develop automated solutions with Power Automate and customizations using C# and JavaScript, including plugins and workflows.
  • Analyze and resolve technical and functional issues, collaborating with the technical team to identify innovative solutions.
  • Assist clients in defining business requirements and designing tailored solutions.
  • Participate in workshops and training sessions for internal teams and end users.

This opportunity is perfect for you if:

  • You have 2-4 years of experience in a company or consultancy firm specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, focusing on Sales and Customer Service.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages).
  • You have expertise in developing customized solutions using C# and JavaScript, including plugins and client-side scripts.
  • You are capable of resolving technical and functional issues with a structured and innovative approach.
  • You are fluent in English, ideally reinforced by study or work experience abroad.
  • You have a degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
