We’re re-imagining knowledge management at WSP UK, transforming the way we share and maintain knowledge across the company. Our vision is to create a high-tech environment that gives our bids and proposals community easy access to high quality content approved by subject matter experts.
The Knowledge Management Co-ordinator’s role is at the forefront of the implementation of our knowledge management (KM) strategy; gathering, curating and maintaining content for use by WSP UK staff. The Knowledge Management Co-ordinator is accountable to the Knowledge Manager.
Your new role, what’s involved?
Supporting the implementation of our KM strategy, driving knowledge transfer and championing best practice across the bid community and beyond
Proactively engaging with and supporting bid, technical and corporate contacts across the business in contributing to Bid Hub content
Helping to drive the cultural change around KM, developing ideas for measuring and rewarding good KM practices
Identifying opportunities for improving our processes
Proactively maintaining and curating Bid Hub content to ensure quality , accuracy and relevance
Supporting the analysis of client and user feedback and Bid Hub activity to identify trends and requirements
Managing our knowledge helpdesk, ensuring requests are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner

Experience of delivering great end user experiences
Experience or an interest in knowledge management
Ability to capture key information
Excellent written skills with a good command of the English language
Strong and effective verbal communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and impeccable quality standards
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise
An interest in the application of modern technology (automation, AI)
Experience in the Microsoft 365 suite
Ability to drive and support a culture of continuous improvement, openness and knowledge sharing
Ability to work proactively, using your initiative and taking responsibility for your actions
Ability to develop and maintain strong, effective relationships and rapport with stakeholders
Collaborative team player who demonstrates behaviours and attitudes in line with WSP core values
