What would you do as our Key Accounts Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual fluent in both French and English to join our team as a Key Accounts Support Specialist. As our Key Accounts Support Specialist, you would directly assist the Global Key Account Manager in managing and developing relationships with our key accounts in Europe, UK and Ireland. The ideal candidate will excel in administrative tasks, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of building strong relationships both internally and externally.

You would also:

  • Assist the Global Key Account Manager in day-to-day activities related to managing key accounts

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks such as dealing with hotel specific enquiries, preparing quotes, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records

  • Liaison with UK Area Sales Managers: Work alongside the UK Area Sales Managers to ensure projects are quoted and submitted as per the Key Account requirements

  • Proactively engage with key accounts, both within and outside the UK, to foster strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Undertake any additional ad-hoc tasks as per business requirements

    The skills and experience you need

    We are looking for someone who has:

  • Fluency in French and English: Proficiency in spoken and written French and English are essential for effective communication with both French and English-speaking clients and stakeholders

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues across different regions and cultures

  • Drivers licence

    Ideally you would also have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field as well as previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the account management or sales support function with knowledge of CRM software.
