Then this position as Key Account Manager may be the right opportunity for you!How you will make an impactAs our new Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in setting the direction and executing on our growth ambitions with the wholesaler. As part of this, you will drive incremental sales, develop the dairy category and ensure profitable growth.You will focus on operational excellence, strategic and tactical development of our categories, and optimizing our marketing investments to drive growth for Arla and our wholesale customers.To succeed in this role, it’s important that we win together with our customers, securing high customer satisfaction and long-lasting relations.More specifically, you will:
- Act as point of contact for the wholesaler and ensure our commercial relation is optimized through managing internal operations
- Assure operational excellence through accurate forecasts and a high service-orientation
- Secure successful annual agreements and drive continuous strategic business meetings
- Have the P&L and operational responsibility of managing and following up on commercial and marketing investments and initiatives.
- Work closely with our end-user sales and marketing teams to deliver results
- Drive the sustainability and digital agenda with the wholesaler
- Build strong relations with buyers and decision makers
You will join a group of dedicated sales, marketing and not least culinary professional. This role reports to Associate Director, Foodservice Wholesale Denmark, David SteinerWhat will make you successful
- We imagine you have a minimum 4 years of experience as Key Account Manager in a national or international FMCG/Food & Beverage company, working with major brands.
- Ideally, you have Foodservice or on-trade experience, but retail experience is also considered as valuable.
- Culinary experience and/or interest is a plus in working in Arla Pro and with foodservice professionals.
- You excel at building relations and communicating with a range of different stakeholders.
- You’re known for your positive attitude and getting things done
- As you are working in the Danish market, it’s a requirement that you are fluent in Danish.
The job requires travel across Denmark and you should expect estimated 60/40 for office/home office and travelling to the wholesaler.What we offerWe are committed to professional development and promoting from within.
